  • MATERIALS

All our pieces are in brass with 24 carat gold plating. Some pieces have synthetic stones and/or natural stones (see description of each piece).

  • PRICES

Prices on our website are presented in Euros (€) and include the portuguese VAT rate in force at the time of payment of the order.

  • WARRANTY

All parts are guaranteed for 3 years, in accordance with the legislation in force in Portugal, except in cases where there is misuse or disregard of the instructions given regarding the care to be taken with the jewelry.

The guarantee does not cover the natural oxidation of the metal and elimination of the gold bath.

If there is any question with the piece, please contact us via email info@salomefaria.com.

In case of wear, we will be able to gold plate the pieces again. To do so, send an email to info@salomefaria.com and, given the piece in question, we will give you the service value.

  • REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

Request repair or maintenance via email info@salomefaria.com.

  • EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the order.

To make the exchange request, you must contact us via email info@salomefaria.com.

We only accept exchanges for another piece of equal or greater value, with the customer having to pay the difference in value.

Exchanges are only allowed for unused parts, which are in the same condition in which they were shipped and inside the respective box.

Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to be returned. Salomé Faria Jewelry. We are not responsible for any losses or losses in the process. For security, we recommend registering the shipment.

  • RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

The deadline for exercising the Free Resolution right ends 14 days after the purchase of the piece. The decision of Resolution must be communicated by email, info@salomefaria.com, accompanied by the buyer data (Name, Address, Name of the Piece and respective date purchase).

  • RETURNS

We do not accept returns.

  • PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments through the PayPal platform or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay) through the Stripe platform.

  • SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Unless out of stock, our parts are shipped within 5 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders are shipped via Registered CTT and CTT foresees the delivery period for PORTUGAL 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

For international shipments (European Union and the rest of the world) delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • SHIPPING VALUES

PORTUGAL (Continental and Islands): 5€ for orders of less than 150 €. For orders with a value equal to or greater than 150 €, delivery charges are not charged.

EUROPEAN UNION: 10 €

REST OF THE WORLD: 15 €

International orders may be subject to customs duties, for which we are not responsible.
