• SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Unless out of stock, our jewelry pieces are shipped within 8 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders are shipped via Registered CTT and CTT foresees the delivery time for PORTUGAL of 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

For international shipments (European Union and the rest of the world) delivery times vary depending on the destination.

CTT foresees an attempt to deliver the order nationally to the indicated address. After a failed attempt, the order will be available for picking at the CTT post that serves the postal code of the recipient's address for 5 working days. If the order is not picked up and returned to us, it will only be resent after payment of new shipping costs.
